Orders received Monday through Thursday are generally shipped the next business day provided the item (items) ordered are in stock. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are generally shipped on the following Monday. Orders in the United States will be shipped by UPS. You may choose UPS Ground or UPS Second Day service. UPS shipping charges will be calculated online based on service selected, shipping destination and weight.
The most common shipping delay results from errors in billing addresses. If your billing address does not match your credit card billing address, your order will be delayed. Please make sure that the billing address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Orders place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will generally be shipped out on Mondays. Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example: An order placed on Saturday for Second Day Air will arrive on Wednesday at the earliest
If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product may not have processed yet or the shipper has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse. This is common when orders are placed on weekends or holidays.
